Here's your list of positivity!

I first hand-wrote this list in my journal as a gift to myself on those days when I need more support. They may not all sound true to you, in fact they probably won't. So, use this as a starting point to find the words that you need to hear.

I tend to repeat them quietly to myself with deep breaths and hands holding my body. Some people like to write them again and again, paint them, say them in the mirror or even create a unique chant.
