  • I haven’t practised much yoga before, can I still join?
Absolutely, all shapes, sizes, experience, flexibility and capabilities are welcomed. Yoga starts with our mindset and the breath. So if you are able to pause and feel your body breathe, you're doing yoga and you are just as 'good' at yoga as someone standing on their head.

  • I'm considering 1:1 yoga, how does it work?
My 1:1 sessions are 75mins, unless you would prefer a shorter session. Classes are £45, or I offer a block of 5 for £150, which works out at £30 a session (must be used up within 2 months). Logistics Our first session is for you to share what you would like to gain from our time together, and for us to work out what equipment you will need. Classes are typically online, we arrange a time that suits, and you will likely need a yoga mat, blankets, cushions, a strap and blocks. If you would like me to travel to you I can: up to 1 hour from central London (£15/ hour travel time charged). Being in person means I can offer hands on feedback and support. Many participants say they really prefer this, however, the online sessions do allow it to feel more and more like your own practice, where you go in to your own inner world and explore what's there. A mixture can be nice, and we can agree this together. What to expect First 5 minutes: time to settle and connect / share. 60 minutes of time where I will guide breathing, meditations and movement practices. 10 minutes at the end for you to rest to gentle music before we close.
