About the event
2 hours to come together in a small group and sit in a circle. We meditate, sip cacao and then take turns to speak from the heart. A simple way to open up and share whatever we are carrying. All is welcome and held with love. Within the circle, it is a judgement free space of support and listening. We do not give advice, we are aware of our own light and shade, and we witness eachother's authenticity.
