Our 3-night Retreats start on Friday and end on Monday morning. It's the perfect amount of time to completely relax, not needing to be anywhere else, but with us, in Dymchurch, Kent in this gorgeous setting by the sea. We offer Payment Plans: a £150 deposit and then monthly installments.

A Press Pause | | Yoga Retreat will give you a chance to breathe.
To switch off and tune in. It’s a space to get to know the beautiful
practice of yoga, to share in the delights of movement, breathwork,
meditation, aromatherapy, journaling & community. We’ll write
together, setting intentions and sending love to our future selves.
We’ll experience nature’s beauty through essential oils and being
by the ocean. Our simple intention is to help you find contentment
and remember that you already have within you everything you’ll
ever need.
