About the event
You are invited to spend the day replenishing your being in nature at The Enchanted Glade, Sussex.
A beautifully nourishing day spent in the most beautiful woodland spa. Complete with sauna, hot tub, cold plunge and forest bathing.
The perfect way to feel rejuvenated, learn new practices and meet fellow siblings on this path. Please note this is a mixed event, all are welcome.
10.45am Meet at The Enchanted Glade, Sussex.
11 am Opening Circle, Cacao, Snacks, Intention Setting
12pm Yoga, Breathwork and Journalling
