About the event
Join us on January 18th, for two hours of nourishing, strengthening yoga flow and meditation.
A morning dedicated to self-care and wellbeing:
10.15 AM: Arrivals and settling in.
10:30 AM: A dynamic yoga flow to energise and align.
11:30 AM: Restorative yoga, calming breath-work, and journalling / meditation.
12:15 PM: Tea and closing. You are welcome to stay & chat until 1pm.
